Rosi is very talented, professional and clearly dedicated to her craft. In both one to one conversation, as well as during the recording session with multiple clients on the phone, she was very friendly, accommodating of client preferences and direction and receptive to critique. The recording session took approximately 20 minutes to complete — but could have easily taken twice as long with a lesser talent.
